If so, we want you to join our Inside Sales team as a Regional Team Manager, where you will inspire and lead a high-performing group of Account Development Managers to new heights.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Account Development Managers
Drive proactive, consultative sales efforts targeting decision makers and influencers within pharmaceutical and biotech companies
Guide your team to increase new account penetration, secure meetings with prospective customers, and generate RFP submissions
Oversee lead generation and funnel development with an annual RFP target of approx. $800M
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align strategies and execute revenue growth strategies across all business units
Design and execute outreach campaigns tailored to regional, therapeutic, and service area priorities
Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline development
Serve as an internal trainer and mentor for new hires
Coach your team on sales processes and lead lifecycle management
Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance client value, and drive operational excellence
Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately <10%)
