Job Description:

As Manager Group HR-Reporting & People Analytics, you will contribute on setting the foundation for reporting in order to be able to provide future-proof analytics. You will create efficiencies and transparency within the Group by developing data-driven insights to make decisions on workforce and turn them into actionable insights to improve performance of our organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring and Analysing HR Metrics: Track key HR metrics related to employee relevant data points
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Create and maintain data sets, reports, and metrics for the Group and deliver timely and useful reporting for all stakeholders incl. troubleshoot issues and continuously improve reporting output
  • Personnel Reporting and Analysis: Meticulously prepare, analyze, and provide insightful commentary on TUI Group’s personnel figures
  • Local Controlling Process: Ensure HR reporting and controlling, personnel costs / headcount planning for TUI AG
  • Automation Roadmap: Drive automated HR analytics by developing People / HR KPI dashboards ensuring high quality output while understanding the sensitivity of HR data
  • Digitalization: Support the implementation of new HR systems into the HR-IT landscape and alignment of data definition across the Group

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in Data Analytics and/or HR Controlling in an international environment
  • Advanced analytical skills and tool knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors), SAP BW or other controlling tools (e.g. HFM) as well as MS Office, especially Excel or data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business and shaping the organization
  • Ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations on current and future business needs
  • Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
  • Strong passion to solve business problems with data
  • Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and quality of analyses
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of self-initiative and team spirit
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a complex matrix organization
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and German
