Job Description:

The Manager Global Service Controlling is supporting in overseeing the financial governance, performance tracking and the strategic development of the company’s global service organization. This role supports ensuring transparency, accuracy and efficiency in service-related financial processes while supporting global leadership with data-driven insights. The position plays a key role in supporting profitability improvement, optimizing service operations and decision-making across regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consolidate financial controlling activities for the global service business, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes
  • Consolidate and analyze global service performance results and KPIs
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management reports for TOP Management
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Global Service Leadership Team
  • Provide global financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with regional service controllers to align financial standards, processes and reporting requirements
  • Monitor global service profitability, cost structures and operational efficiency across regions
  • Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective action plans with relevant global and regional stakeholders
  • Support in developing and maintaining global frameworks for service cost allocation and financial transparency
  • Coordinate initiatives to harmonize, standardize and improve controlling processes, tools, and systems worldwide
  • Support automation and digitalization of financial workflows and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with global financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives such as service transformation programs, implementation of S4Hana and global footprint optimization
  • Support/coordinate financial workstreams for global service projects [e.g. Technical Service integration of M&A]
  • Assist Global Service Organization in achiving our 5-years ambition plan
  • Collaboration in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • SAP R/3 advanced knowledge (SAP4Hana would be beneficial)
  • + 5 years of relevant experience on similar international roles
  • Reporting tools such as Cognos Controller / TM1 or others
