Job Description:

We’re looking for an APAC BDR Manager to lead and develop our regional Business Development team. This role is heavily centered on training, enablement, coaching, and building a high-performing outbound organisation across the Asia-Pacific region. You will elevate BDR talent through structured coaching, consistent skill development, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coach a regional team of BDRs across APAC
  • Build and deliver ongoing enablement programs, including onboarding, objection handling, outbound frameworks, and workflow mastery
  • Run and coach world-class discovery practices, including qualification frameworks, questioning techniques, and multi-threading fundamentals
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, and performance reviews to drive consistent improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Enablement to refine regional outbound strategy and messaging
  • Build scalable playbooks and prospecting sequences tailored to APAC markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow top BDR talent
  • Drive pipeline creation targets through strong leadership, motivation, and coaching cadence
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and data-driven techniques to elevate BDR efficiency and performance
  • Attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during second week at Fivetran

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (SaaS/B2B tech preferred)
  • Strong passion for coaching early-career sellers, especially in discovery, outbound strategy, and objection handling
  • Proven track record in outbound sales development and consistent overachievement
  • Data-driven operator with strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • High learning aptitude and eagerness to embrace new technologies, processes, and GTM innovations
