As a Manager Cybersecurity at BCG Platinion, you will lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects for clients across various industries, focusing on digital transformation and security strategy. You will be actively involved in national and international client projects across various practice groups, contributing to the growth of our cybersecurity team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape the digitalisation projects of globally leading companies by planning comprehensive cybersecurity projects together with your customers and leading them securely to success
  • Manage external and internal teams on strategic projects and combine your relevant industry and IT knowledge in the field of cybersecurity to ensure a smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments, analyse risks and develop a roadmap to secure the customer's environment according to the protection requirements
  • Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes and procedures to protect our clients' internal infrastructure
  • Be responsible for coordinating teams during the design, evaluation and optimisation of cybersecurity architectures, leading consultations at the highest level at the customer and providing important development impulses with a view to current market developments and trends
  • Identify and manage possible topics for customer projects and work with your team to develop appropriate cybersecurity proposals

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course of study with an above-average grade
  • At least six years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the implementation of operational and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the area of cybersecurity
  • Experience in leading teams with project responsibility - also on the client side
  • Experienced in efficient resource planning and motivating staff leadership
  • Know all the development steps of successful IT organisations and IT processes
  • Know how to plan IT initiatives and develop robust business cases
  • Able to understand and communicate complex issues in German and English
  • Willing to travel
