Job Description:

Manager role on the Client Success team within the Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend business unit at CVS Health, focused on delivering exceptional service to health plan partners through strategic account management, plan and expense reporting, and championing in-store experience initiatives for OTC benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure a seamless experience for members joining new or renewing existing Medicare and Medicaid plans by preparing our store colleagues to support members in-store shopping journeys
  • Identify opportunities to improve the in-store experience and maximize value for our members, stores, manufacturer partners, and health plans
  • Represent the voice of the colleague and customer internally and advocate for initiatives to improve their experiences
  • Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc.
  • Deliver health plan and store reporting to account managers, Store Operations, and Merchandising
  • Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions
  • 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
