Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and guide technology projects, serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Duties include: plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and targets are met
  • analyze requirements documentation including business process flows, outcome diagrams, PI planning, story refinement, creation of definitions, demos, and project governance
  • direct product analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external environmental influences and competitive pressures - incorporates results into product roadmap and overall product strategy
  • translate data points and business processes, understanding data patterns and identifying defects in order to implement technical projects on schedule
  • conduct fact-finding and independent research to design creative, progressive technology solutions for software issues
  • conduct business impact analysis of system defects, control/audit deficiencies, outages, and enhancements
  • execute queries with data processing applications to generate key data points needed to explain technology project development and implementation to management stakeholders
  • utilize SAFe Agile methodologies, writing features and user stories, acceptance criteria, API mapping and Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, Rally, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
  • manage project teams
  • research and analyze impacts for consideration of requirements or errors and provide direction on adjudication setups and solution to configuration and quality for mitigation
  • improve benefits requirements process implement cross functional project support
  • translate business requirements to internal CVS Health teams such as Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis
  • utilize Scrum tool Jira
  • write business requirements as package and/or user story, documenting/reviewing test cases, production implementation, and resolving production issues
  • Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance, and end users to produce cutting-edge technology solutions
  • create robust test plans and cases, validate UAT results, and perform post-production validation
  • participate in design and mapping of data conversion strategies as needed
  • work with product owners and business teams to gather the requirements and provides business solutions and envision proper system delivery
  • identify and address technology and analytics dependencies across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and successful project completion according to scoped requirements
  • utilize concepts and techniques of advanced data, engineering, computer applications, computer science, computer information systems, IT, the technical sciences, and/or related areas
  • assess project performance and implementing changes as necessary to ensure the projects remains within specified cost, schedule, scope, and quality objective
  • and develop metrics, procedures, objectives and methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: SQL and DB2
  • Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
  • Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions
  • Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
  • Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes
  • Conducting impact analysis, requirement, and estimation documents
  • Writing architectural and technical design documents
