Job Description:

The Manager, Machine Learning Engineering will oversee the strategic implementation and operational management of AI and ML projects, coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and integrating models into business operations. Responsibilities include team leadership, AI/ML model performance management, and driving operational strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage AI and ML operations
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions
  • Manage and evaluate performance of AI/ML systems
  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and best practices for AI/ML workflows
  • Lead project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, or Information Technology
  • 2-4 years of proven experience leading highly effective teams in AI/ML operations
  • 4-7 years of experience managing CI/CD pipelines, governing ML models, and applying best practices
  • Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Pyspark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with data management and analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization software
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Exceptional communication and social skills
  • Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, or PMP certification (preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
