This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced trainer who wants to shape the next generation of leaders and managers across our business. As a Management Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging management development programmes that support our people in achieving excellence at every level. You will play a vital role in developing the leadership capability across our operational teams and management community.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a range of management and leadership development courses, workshops, and coaching sessions to internal employees at all levels
Facilitate both classroom-based and virtual learning sessions, ensuring an interactive and high-impact experience
Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training and development records
Design and continuously improve learning content and materials to align with business objectives and modern learning practices
Support the development and rollout of talent and succession programmes across the Group
Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify learning needs and tailor solutions to meet operational goals
Represent Kelly Group in a professional manner, promoting our values, culture, and commitment to continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company and client learning standards and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
A passion for developing people and supporting leadership growth
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
The ability to engage, inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple programmes or cohorts simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to the evolving world of learning and digital delivery
Experience in management or leadership development training (essential)
A recognised teaching, training, or coaching qualification (CIPD L&D, ILM, CMI, or equivalent desirable)
Experience working with middle or senior managers in a learning environment (desirable)
Nice to have:
