Kelly Group is looking to recruit the very best talent and has an exciting opportunity for a Management Development Trainer to join our expanding Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced trainer who wants to shape the next generation of leaders and managers across our business. As a Management Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging management development programmes that support our people in achieving excellence at every level. You will play a vital role in developing the leadership capability across our operational teams and management community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a range of management and leadership development courses, workshops, and coaching sessions to internal employees at all levels
  • Facilitate both classroom-based and virtual learning sessions, ensuring an interactive and high-impact experience
  • Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training and development records
  • Design and continuously improve learning content and materials to align with business objectives and modern learning practices
  • Support the development and rollout of talent and succession programmes across the Group
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify learning needs and tailor solutions to meet operational goals
  • Represent Kelly Group in a professional manner, promoting our values, culture, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company and client learning standards and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Design, implement and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet identified training needs and align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Deliver training sessions to employees using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and workshops, ensuring training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the learning objectives. The Manager is an active trainer and expected to spend a good percentage of their time training
  • Build, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the trainers through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and leaders and provide feedback or implement change as needed
