Job Description:

As a Major Account Executive, you will be a regional expert, managing existing accounts and onboarding new clients. You'll foster long-term relationships by deeply understanding customer needs and advocating for Companyi's solutions. You'll work to meet and exceed revenue targets, creatively generating demand for additional products and services. This role demands strong executive-level communication and collaboration across integrated teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and grow key accounts, developing innovative solutions and building executive-level relationships within a dynamic, global team
Manage existing accounts and onboard new clients
Foster long-term relationships by deeply understanding customer needs and advocating for Companyi's solutions
Meet and exceed revenue targets, creatively generating demand for additional products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite clients

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in enterprise account sales, including high-touch sales and cross-selling
Demonstrated experience in account management, incorporating short-term and long-term strategic planning
Strong understanding of technology and the internet, encompassing hosting and networking
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment
Self-starter with a passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
Demonstrated ability to understand customer business needs and propose tailored solutions
Experience building relationships with high-level executives (CXOs)
Bachelor's degree in a related field
