Job Description:

As a 1° Maitre at the Cervo Hotel Costa Smeralda Resort, you will ensure optimal guest service, monitor staff performance, oversee dining room operations, and collaborate with management to implement best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, safety practices, and a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
inspect storage areas for organization
monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
serve as a role model
follow safety and security policies
report accidents or unsafe conditions
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
develop and implement ways to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
