Job Responsibility

Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing issues in Defence buildings and infrastructure
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters
Ensuring all plumbing work complies with current legislation and regulatory standards
Conducting routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems and pipework
Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors to complete repairs and installations
Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent
Responding to emergency plumbing situations promptly and efficiently
Advising on the selection of materials and equipment for plumbing repairs and installations
Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff and apprentices
Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices
