Job Description:

As the site lead for operational property management, you will work across our four mental health services, ensuring all buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance of communal areas, residential rooms, and grounds
  • Conducting operational Health & Safety and Fire Regulation checks
  • Managing external contractors when needed
  • Maintaining equipment such as heating, plumbing, security systems, laundry machines, and water systems.

Requirements:

  • PAT Testing certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in general maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and joinery work.
  • Knowledge of central heating systems, laundry equipment, and hot and cold-water systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare or care home setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards in safety and building maintenance.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Nice to have:
