Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our client's team in the Princeton, New Jersey area. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our maintenance department, focusing on the upkeep of our equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner
Develop and implement strategies for maintenance to enhance the efficiency and longevity of equipment and assets
Directly manage a team of maintenance workers, fostering cooperation and productivity
Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Handle account maintenance tasks to ensure accurate record keeping of all maintenance activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or relevant field is a plus
Proficient knowledge in account maintenance
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools
In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Excellent project management skills
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with facilities management software
Strong leadership and managerial abilities
