Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in GSE maintenance, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GSE systems (tow tractors, belt loaders, GPUs, ACUs, etc.)
Understanding of aviation safety standards and ground handling operations
Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

Job Responsibility
