Job Responsibility:
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of construction and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed on time
Maintain and update master schedules for ongoing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress
Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
Scan and archive project documentation to maintain accurate records
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
Provide administrative support
Track project milestones and ensure compliance with established deadlines
Work closely with vendors and contractors to facilitate project requirements
Assist in resolving issues that may arise during project implementation
Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to relevant teams
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
Familiarity with construction and project management processes
Proficiency in maintaining master schedules and tracking project progress
Experience with scanning and archiving documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners
