Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities including work orders and inventory
Collaborate with technicians and other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Tackle unexpected issues with creativity and positive attitude
Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence required
Previous experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and documentation
Familiarity with maintenance management systems is a bonus
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
