Maintenance Co-worker

• Maintain the store “In Shape as New” through the delivery of planned, corrective and operational maintenance services and project activities
• Work together with other store colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers throughout the store
• Work in close co-operation with in- & external partners (e.g., property) to improve the ways of working
• Provide on-call service in case of various emergencies
• Contribute to an effective energy management according to IKEA global and local standards
• Prioritize work to meet store visitors’ needs and expectations and minimize disruption when working on the shop floor
• Provide assistance to external service providers as required to enable them to perform their contracted services, and provide feedback on supplier issues

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical engineering, automation and other types of building and machinery maintenance aspects
• Experiences in facility & equipment maintenance
• Good knowledge of English

Be innovative and open to new solutions according to the IKEA business idea and communication, negotiation skills, customer oriented, service minded

• Contract duration of 6 months (with a possible extension)
• Hourly wage of €16.77
• Additional allowances for Sundays and public holidays, and a 13th month bonus
