Job Description:

This contract position involves assembling and preparing mailers and boxes with precision and care, ensuring they meet specific guidelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and demonstrate a strong ability to follow detailed instructions.

Job Responsibility:

Assemble and fold boxes and mailers in accordance with established specifications and guidelines
maintain high standards of accuracy and quality during the assembly process
follow step-by-step instructions to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and correctly
ensure all prepared mailers and boxes meet company standards before dispatch
collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and organized workflow
monitor supplies used in the mailroom and notify relevant personnel when replenishment is needed
adhere to workplace safety protocols and procedures
report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
support mailroom operations by performing additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment is preferred
strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
ability to follow detailed instructions and processes effectively
comfortable working in a repetitive, structured role
good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
strong communication skills for effective collaboration
familiarity with basic safety protocols in a work environment
ability to work independently and as part of a team
