Our client is seeking a cheerful and dedicated Mail Operative for a temporary position in Reading, from July 7 to July 11, 2025. Job Responsibility:

Receive, unload, and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries with precision
Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring everything is in order
Prepare mail and files for digital scanning, keeping things organised
Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
Receive inbound couriers and book outbound deliveries, helping to keep the flow smooth
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results for our clients
Take on additional tasks as requested by management, showing your flexibility and commitment
Carry out essential administrative duties with a keen eye for detail
