Job Description:

For a family business specializing in making cookies, we are looking for Bakery Operators and Packaging Operators. You will work 38 hours per week, in: two-shift system: 1 week 5:00 to 13:30, Monday - Thursday Friday: 5:00 - 11:30, 1 week 13:30 - 22:00, Monday - Thursday, Friday: 11:30 - 18:00; or night shift 21:30 - 5:30 Monday - Thursday, Friday: 17:30 - 2:30.

Job Responsibility:

Operating the machines
Creating recipes
Monitoring the quality of the products through sampling and checks
Working according to hygiene, safety, and production requirements
Ensuring the cleanliness of your workplace
Independently start up the packaging process (after training)
Keep the machines running, including both the packing and labeling machines
Monitor the packaging process, which includes packing into bags, boxes, and blisters
Assemble and disassemble machine parts when changing products
Ensure correct palletizing and identification
Check parameters and perform necessary quality control checks.

Requirements:

Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector
A very good level of English
Problem-solving skills
You can do physical work sometimes
Open to work extra hours sometimes and start the work earlier when you have training
You are hands-on and possess a strong attention to detail
You have a solid technical understanding
You are comfortable working independently and can perform effectively under pressure
You can work in shifts 2 or night shift and you are living in the region or Ostend and have all the necessary documents that allow you to work in Belgium.
