Job Responsibility:
Control, monitor, and optimize the production process in collaboration with team leaders in a food production environment
Execute daily schedules and respond to production needs, including line adjustments, product changes, and cleaning tasks
Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring thorough cleaning of equipment and providing additional instructions to cleaning staff as necessary
Record production data and material usage in the ERP system
Adjust process parameters within established ranges to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
Enthusiastic and team-oriented with practical problem-solving skills
Proactive in addressing issues and suggesting improvements for the production line
Open to variation, challenges, and motivated to learn
Interest in technology and the food industry, especially potato processing
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
Ability to work in a two-shift system (05h-13h or 13h-21h)
