One of out clients is a leading provider in the quarrying industry, specializing in the extraction and processing of high-quality aggregates for various construction projects. Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Quarry Workers. As a Quarry Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the operation of our quarry site, including but not limited to extraction, processing, and transportation of materials. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dump trucks to extract and transport materials
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
  • Assist in the blasting and drilling processes under the guidance of experienced personnel
  • Monitor production processes and adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain efficiency
  • Conduct quality control checks on materials to ensure they meet specifications and standards
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quarry operations or a similar field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and procedures
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
