M365/Modern Workplace Senior Developer

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM to ensure secure identity and access protocols
• Deploy and manage O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and communication
• SharePoint Development – Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including site templates, workflows, and web parts
• Lead OneDrive Migration and Migration Development, including on-premises to online transitions using industry-standard tools
• Utilize Intune Modern Device Management, Autopilot, BitLocker, and Windows Virtual Desktop to optimize device security and compliance
• Implement Co-Management solutions and enhance security using Defender for Endpoint
• Develop Integration Apps and execute on-premises and online migrations, ensuring seamless data exchange across platforms
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code to automate processes and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to teams and stakeholders, ensuring the effective use of Modern Workplace technologies

• Expertise in Identity, and Access Management (On-Premises AD and Entra ID)
• Experience in OneDrive Migration and Migration Development (on premises to cloud)
• Strong understanding of Entra ID Services (Conditional Access Policies, PIM, Application Registration, SSO)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive
• Experience with Endpoint Management (Intune, AutoPilot, Other MDM (Mobile Device Management) SCCM
• Hands-on expertise in M365 Security and Compliance (M365 Defender, Purview - DLP, Auditing, Sensitivity Labels)
• Expertise in SharePoint Development, including workflows, SPFx, portal development, and search customizations
• Strong understanding of Integration Apps and executing on-premises and online migrations using any tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Stream, Yammer, Forms, and Dynamics 365
• Solid understanding of authentication, security, and compliance within Microsoft 365
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, and Defender for Endpoint
• Hands-on expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code
• Ability to analyze business processes, document workflows, and write functional and technical specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
