Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
Complete scheduled inventories and requisition supplies
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
Follow safety and security policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Greet and assist guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
