As an LTL Operations Support, you will be a key player in our highly effective and emerging Operations team. The LTL Operations Support is responsible for having a strong understanding of how the traffic flows in the US within our network and our partner carriers. The LTL Operations Support will be responsible for fostering a strong relationship with all client personnel who require day-to-day service from our company.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring all shipments and partner carrier follow-up in the US
Appointment management while complementing our network
Managing customer inquiries and developing relationships
Ensure maximum equipment utilization
Supporting our Eastern LTL Coordinators with special projects, etc.
Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a multi-task, deadline orientated, high volume and fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
The ability to work independently and work effectively as a team player
Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn complex programs
