Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. This role requires managing nursing staff, overseeing patient care processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Ensure adherence to medical protocols, including HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and oversee the management of medical records
  • Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care
  • Participate in utilization review processes to enhance operational efficiency
