Job Description:

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for managing the experience of Elite members at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Key duties include overseeing guest services, mentoring team members on loyalty programs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Job Responsibility:

manages and coordinates all aspects of Elite members’ journey
ensures quality of products and services for Elite members
leads and mentors team members on Marriott’s Bonvoy Loyalty Program
interacts regularly with Elite members
provides exceptional services to maintain guest satisfaction and retention
supports day-to-day hotel operations
conducts training and performance evaluations for staff.

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years’ experience in loyalty/guest relations/guest recognition or related professional area
4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
ability to maintain complete knowledge of all Elite Member Benefits, Terms, and Conditions
excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
leadership and mentoring capabilities
strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.

Nice to have:

experience in a luxury hospitality environment
familiarity with Marriott’s Bonvoy Loyalty Program
ability to handle complaints effectively
knowledge of hotel features and departmental policies.
