In the role of a Lounge 32 Attendant, you will be the face of luxury service for our most discerning guests, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere in our exclusive Club Lounge. Reporting to the Lounge 32 Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalised service, detailed attention, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the Lounge 32 throughout all service periods
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, offering tailored assistance, recommendations, and support throughout their visit
  • Serve food and beverages during designated meal periods such as breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, ensuring a polished and attentive service
  • Recognise VIPs, loyalty members, and repeat guests, ensuring a highly personalised experience through thoughtful touches and proactive engagement
  • Monitor and control access to the lounge, ensuring eligibility and maintaining privacy and exclusivity for our guests
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest service and follow-through
  • Stay informed about hotel offerings, local attractions, and events to provide relevant and timely recommendations
  • Offer concierge-style support such as booking dining, transportation, and entertainment, tailored to individual guest preferences
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell hotel services, amenities, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Execute administrative duties such as managing guest preferences, billing, and accurate reporting using hotel systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, ideally in guest services, lounge, or concierge roles
  • A warm, polished, and professional approach with impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • A service mindset, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and a passion for going above and beyond
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and procedures
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
