Job Description:

Loss Prevention Team Lead position at Sheraton Manila Bay responsible for security operations, key control, emergency response, incident reporting, and team supervision in a hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct key control audit
Monitor electronic key boxes
Issue/receive master keys, radios, and beepers
Patrol all areas of the property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Notify appropriate individuals of incidents
Defuse guest/employee disturbances
Complete incident reports
Resolve safety hazard situations
Escort unwelcome persons from property
Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
Complete Loss Prevention shift summary
Maintain confidentiality of reports
Provide paperwork for medical treatment
Type, proofread, and copy security reports
Assist in training and motivating team
Assign and ensure work tasks completion

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to read and visually verify information
Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers
Ability to move at required speed for work situations
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees
