Job Description:

Loss Prevention Supervisor position at W Dubai - The Palm, responsible for property security, emergency response, safety inspections, and team supervision in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Conduct daily physical hazard/safety inspections
Conduct investigations and interviews
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Respond to accidents
Gather information and complete reports
Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents
Defuse disturbances
Resolve safety hazard situations
Handle interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Provide proper paperwork to employees
Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol property areas
Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Administer first aid/CPR as required
Handle disturbances and complaints
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
