Job Description:

Loss Prevention Supervisor position at Changzhou Marriott Hotel Jintan responsible for property security, emergency response, safety inspections, and team supervision while delivering Marriott's standard of hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms and assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills and daily safety inspections
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Authorize and document access to secured areas
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality
Defuse disturbances according to company policies
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Provide training and coaching to employees
Maintain positive working relationships with team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol property areas
Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR
Complete reports and maintain confidentiality
Handle disturbances and complaints
Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various surfaces
