Job Description:

Loss Prevention Supervisor position at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua, responsible for property security, guest safety, emergency response, and team leadership while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Perform daily physical hazard/safety inspections
Conduct investigations and interviews
Perform key control audits
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Authorize access to secured areas
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
Complete reports and maintain confidentiality
Defuse disturbances
Resolve safety hazard situations
Handle interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from property
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Provide training and coaching to employees
Serve as role model and first point of contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Valid Driver's License
Valid Hawaii State Guard's License
Ability to patrol property areas
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Perform daily physical hazard/safety inspections
Conduct investigations and interviews
Perform key control audits
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Authorize access to secured areas
Respond to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR
Complete reports and maintain confidentiality

Physical ability to stand, walk, run, jog for extended periods
