Job Description:

Loss Prevention Officer responsible for managing property security, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires physical activity, vigilance, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility:

Patrolling areas of the property
assisting guests with room access
monitoring security systems
responding to accidents and administering first aid/CPR
assisting during emergency situations
defusing disturbances
completing incident reports
resolving safety hazard situations
investigating incidents and gathering evidence
ensuring company policies and procedures compliance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
ability to respond to emergency situations
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
professional language and appearance.

Nice to have:

Ability to defuse disturbances
conducting investigations and evidence gathering
conducting interviews with relevant parties.
