Job Description:

Patrol the property, conduct safety inspections, assist guests and employees in emergencies, monitor security systems, and maintain confidentiality of reports while performing duties according to company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor closed circuit televisions and safety systems
conduct daily hazard inspections
respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
assist guests and employees during emergency situations
write incident reports
handle safety hazards and complaints
escort unwelcome persons off the property
investigate incidents
gather evidence and conduct interviews.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
ability to address safety hazards and emergencies
comply with licensing/registration requirements, if applicable
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to maintain confidentiality of reports/documents
read and visually verify information in various formats.
