Logistics Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at our Staplyton office in Queensland. As part of the senior leadership management team, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for the management of the external transport fleet provided to Adbri Masonry by various vendors across the states. As the Logistics Manager, you will be accountable for providing proactive leadership and direction to the team through setting high performance standards, driving accountability and results, all while ensuring you help nurture a culture of collaboration and clear communication across all functions. To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of Logistic operations and would have worked in a similar role to ensure we continue to maintain success in the areas of safety, profitability and customer satisfaction.
