Logistics Execution Specialist

• Assisting analysts with data gathering, processing, and preparation for reporting on distribution planning indicators and other logistics metrics
• Supporting analysts with the implementation of logistics strategies by executing daily operational tasks and maintaining process adherence
• Supporting analysts for day-to-day communications with carriers, logistics managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining and updating logistics systems, databases, and records to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Supporting customer service by addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to analysts or managers as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company standards by assisting in documentation and record-keeping
• Handling routine tasks such as report generation and follow-ups with internal teams
• Providing after-hours support for emergencies under the guidance of analysts

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of supply chain operations, transportation logistics, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of the fuel supply chain
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Familiarity with logistics or fuel dispatch software such as TMW, Telepoint, or similar systems
