Job Description:

Join a Friendly, Family-Run Logistics Team! Are you a proactive and organised individual with a flair for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're working with a well-established, family-run logistics company based in Godalming, and they're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity where your contributions will be valued from day one.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and logistics partners
Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
Resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep things running smoothly
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Previous experience in customer service or administration
A calm, can-do attitude and ability to multitask effectively
Must drive - no access via public transport

Nice to have:

Logistics experience
