Job Description:

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with minor ailments, hypertension, and those requiring medication reviews. This flexible locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, with an initial contract of 3–6 months and a potential for extension.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS and SystmOne

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
Previous experience in a primary care setting
Proficiency in EMIS and SystmOne clinical systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
