Job Description:

I am working with a lovely firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join us on a short-term locum basis (up to 3 months) to lead and support our Private Client department. This is a hands-on role ideal for a senior solicitor with leadership experience who can hit the ground running.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied caseload: Wills, LPAs, Trusts, Tax, Probate
  • Supervising and supporting a small team
  • Ensuring compliance and high service standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years PQE in Private Client work
  • Confident team leader and client communicator
  • Able to work independently and manage files start to finish
  • Familiar with case management and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules
