Locum GP Pharmacist

• Carrying out structured and clinical medication reviews (face-to-face and remote)
• Supporting safe and effective prescribing within the practice
• Managing long-term conditions such as asthma, hypertension, and other LTCs
• Undertaking patient consultations (face-to-face and telephone)
• Working alongside the wider practice team to improve patient outcomes and reduce GP workload

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a GP surgery
• Confident working autonomously within a primary care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge with particular confidence in medication reviews and managing long-term conditions

Independent Prescriber qualification
