Guest Arrival Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, ensuring they feel cared for and valued.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
ensure transactions feel like part of the guest experience
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
professional appearance and communication
