Job Description:

Lobby Ambassador role at W Edinburgh, serving as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring memorable and personalized stays. The position involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and being instrumental to the hotel's operations.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, local areas of interest and activities, and supply directions
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage

Requirements:

Confidence interacting with others
Multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a team
Positive mindset
Genuine passion for working in hospitality
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
