Job Description:

We are looking for a Loan Solutions Consultant to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation! Your role will be key in managing and optimizing loan processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will oversee documentation, transaction processing, and reporting while maintaining alignment with client needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and process essential documentation (credit agreements, transaction records, utilization requests), ensuring proper signing and validation
Ensure the processing and management of all transactions (trade settlements, loan repayments, and restructurings) in compliance with internal procedures
Extract reports (collateral, positions, accruals), perform financial reconciliations, and provide information to support decision-making and oversight functions
Analyze and integrate data across systems, cross-checking multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Conduct operational controls and risk assessments, following procedures, verification mechanisms, and methodologies such as the four-eye review
Provide efficient client service by following up on instructions, addressing inquiries, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels
Participate in professional training, support the integration of new team members, and facilitate the onboarding process
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and assisting in their implementation

Requirements:

Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar
More than one year of professional experience in banking operations and financial services
Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
