Job Description:

Responsible for the comprehensive management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the instructional design of training content. This role balances the focus between the technical-operational administration of the LMS and the creation of effective learning experiences. Acts as a liaison between L&D, technology, and users, ensuring a training offer aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer, configure, and provide continuous support for the LMS
  • Ensure optimal user experience (navigation, accessibility, and basic technical support)
  • Oversee the upload, update, and maintenance of content in the LMS
  • Analyze and report usage metrics, progress, and training effectiveness
  • Stay current on technology trends and learning management tools
  • Design and implement learning paths, courses, and training programs on the platform
  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into digital solutions
  • Coordinate strategic training projects, ensuring timely and quality execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Education with a specialization in e-Learning, or related fields
  • English: 100% proficiency, fully bilingual Spanish and English (spoken and written, advanced level)
  • Strong instructional design skills
  • Proficiency in managing learning projects (in-person, virtual, and blended)
  • Experience administering LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate L&D initiatives at the regional and global level
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
