This role centers on supporting our litigation team through various tasks such as processing legal documents, maintaining client records, and facilitating communication between various parties.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents
Establish effective communication channels with clients, advisors, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
Oversee high-volume discovery
Undertake legal and factual research
Summarize legal documents
Provide onsite support at trials and hearings
Prepare trial exhibits and notebooks
Monitor multiple deadlines
Maintain an organized and up-to-date case files and client records
Coordinate filings in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies
