• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all processes meet high standards of attention to detail
• develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes
• represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations with professionalism and expertise
• conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• collaborate with team members to share insights and ensure comprehensive case preparation
• manage client communications, offering clear updates and guidance throughout the legal process
• utilize knowledge of medical malpractice litigation or demonstrate a willingness to learn and excel in this area
• maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards while managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

• Active license to practice law in California and MUST reside in California
• demonstrated experience in civil litigation with a strong track record of successful case outcomes
• familiarity with medical malpractice litigation is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential
• excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present arguments persuasively
• strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a high-volume caseload
• proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
• reside in the San Francisco Bay Area or nearby regions.
