Job Description:

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join a growing law firm based in San Mateo, California, particularly in the field of complex intellectual property litigation.

Job Responsibility:

Handle complex litigation cases, with a focus on patent and intellectual property disputes
Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed legal documents
Engage in discovery and motion practice, managing a substantive portion of litigation matters
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and understand their business needs
Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute litigation processes effectively
Take the lead in preparing for oral arguments and depositions
Ensure all litigation activities comply with the applicable laws and regulations
Utilize your technical aptitude to understand and manage cases related to intellectual property
Work efficiently and creatively to resolve disputes in favor of our clients

Requirements:

1-5+ years of complex litigation experience, preferably in the areas of IP
Must be CA barred
Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
