Job Description:

Fever is looking for a US qualified litigation lawyer to oversee litigation strategy and execution. The role involves managing disputes, regulatory inquiries, and other adversarial proceedings in the US and globally, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to assess and manage risk.

Job Responsibility:

Set and execute litigation, pre-litigation, and enforcement strategies
Drive litigation management including early case assessment and steering external counsel
Handle regulatory matters and coordinate responses to government inquiries
Work with HR to ensure compliance with labor and employment legislation
Investigate and resolve claims from Equal and Fair Workplace Policy
Work with liability and crisis management teams
Implement matter-management metrics and executive reporting
Collaborate with insurance team
Manage junior lawyers and coach regional generalist lawyers

Requirements:

US barred lawyer
5+ years (8+ preferred) of litigation experience
Exceptional judgment and discretion
Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with senior management
Ability to distill complex legal problems into succinct, clear and actionable advice
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Highly emotionally intelligent professional and communicator
Poised under pressure
Willing to relocate to Madrid

Nice to have:

Unusual backgrounds with hard and soft skills and maturity
