Job Description:

The Linen Attendant will coordinate and report on room cleaning and housekeeping activities while ensuring adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards. The role requires maintaining positive relationships within the team, addressing guest needs, and preparing required housekeeping documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist with managing daily housekeeping activities
Liaise between housekeeping and other departments
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments
Record and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned on time
Assign rush rooms
Complete required housekeeping paperwork.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required.
